Want to be a mentor to teens as they carry out a community conservation project & gain environmental education experience?

Become a Difference Maker Mentor with UConn’s Natural Resources Conservation Academy (NRCA)! Here are some quick details about the positions:

  • We are seeking undergraduate students for paid 8-month (June- March) Difference Maker Mentor positions to primarily assist with the NRCA Conservation Ambassador Program (CAP) as an intern during the one-week summer field experience and as a near-peer mentor to 4-6 CAP high school students during their 7-month community project.
  • Gain leadership and mentorship experience.
  • Help teens make a difference in their community.
  • Positions are open to any UConn undergraduate student that has an interest in the environment or education.
